Byron Bay First National Real Estate would like to raise over $1000 for each of the primary schools in our area: Byron Community Primary School, St Finbarr’s Primary School, Byron Bay Public School and Cape Byron Rudolf Steiner School.
We will be holding a screening of “Then She Found Me” at the Byron Cinemas on August 7 from 6pm to 9pm to raise funds for this worthy cause. The tickets are $30 and the night will include chocolate, champagne and lucky door prizes as well as the drawing of a giant raffle. Many local businesses in the area have already shown their support for the cause by very generously donating prizes for the raffle.
We would love to see you on the night or if you can not make it, come and buy some raffle tickets to support the event!

Our sales team have a market share of more than 35% in the area and we pride ourselves on always listing and selling more properties than any other company.
We are blessed to live and work in this part of the world. We not only appreciate all the special features of our region; we would like to share some of them with you on our site. We have a long term commitment to the sporting and cultural events in the region and our website endeavours to emphasise these features and publicise many of the events, particularly festivals that occur throughout the year.
Who is Byron Bay First National Real Estate? We are 22 people who work hard and are proud of the company we work in. We are a varied cross section of people, some born and bred in the area and others – like so many of our community – have moved here after falling in love with the place on a holiday.

For us… Byron Bay is all about the sea. There are few places where the ocean and the sand meet in such pristine conditions. A paddle to Julian Rocks or to Little Wategos on a clear day is magical with striped fish, sea turtles and dolphins feeding. The famed lighthouse is only a walk away from the middle of town. Once you reach Australia's most easterly point and sit under the beautiful old white lighthouse, commissioned in 1900, and take in the view you realise this is as good as it gets… anywhere in the world.
If food is your weakness then a weekly visit to The Farmers Market will bring you undone. Bread, fruit, juices and herbs - everything is here brought down from the red soil hills of the hinterland. It is also a wonderful way to get a feel for our community, as is reading the Byron Shire Echo or having a drink at the Railway Friendly Bar.
If fitness and health are your focus, we defy anyone to find more yoga classes per head of population anywhere in the world.
Byron Bay is an eclectic, exciting community full of passionate ideas, heated debate, plentiful artistic flavour and strong community spirit. It is a town with lots of kids and good schools. It is a place with an energy like nowhere else.
