February Update
Welcome to our new look! We decided it was time to revamp our website, communications, advertising and even our office. Change is a great thing and invigorates most of us. We hope you like the changes and watch this space, as there are more to come.
What has not changed though is our commitment to sharing our knowledge of the local marketplace. With our new website and a few other services that we will be rolling out soon, we aim to make it even easier for you to access information. Our incredibly popular Precinct Market Reports have also been remodelled and combined with a new version of our Newsletter; these documents are available free to anyone interested in keeping up with all the current local property news.
At Byron Bay First National we have the largest knowledge-base of any real estate company in this region. Finally and most importantly "How's the market?" This is certainly the most asked question in our industry. The short answer is that the Byron Bay market is remarkably resilient. After the usual post-Christmas siesta we are seeing market activity starting to re-immerge. The last few years have been tough for many coastal towns but Byron Bay and its environs remain incredibly popular with loyal locals, sea-changers and holidaymakers. We continue to hone our communication methods to ensure we are always keeping our vendors and prospective buyers in the know.
