Our rental property in Byron Bay has been managed for the past 5 years by Sophie Moir at First National. On the two occasions when tenants were sought the process was quick and efficient and the screening of potential tenants resulted in reliable and high-quality tenants. At all times Sophie provided excellent service and prompt response to both tenant and landlord queries. I recently sold my property at 1/21 Sunrise Boulevard through your agency, however prior to that, the property had been managed for some 12 years by your property management team. Therefore, I would like to express my sincere thanks to Virginia Kane and her team, particularly Sophie Moir who managed the property over the last 12-14 months. I always found the team and Sophie in particular to be very customer focused. When I did enquire about any possible problems (e.g. storm damage or repairs) Sophie always had the matter in hand; I didn’t have to chase up. This was very pleasing to me and reflects Sophie's professionalism. I would recommend your property management team to anyone considering leasing out their property in the Byron Shire.
