Established in 1988 as Margaret Robertson PRD, our company has its roots firmly planted in the Byron Shire community.
We’ve grown from a small agency, with the region’s top real estate agent at its helm, to the Northern Rivers leading property business.
In the past 30 years, First National Byron has cemented its position as the region’s number one agency, servicing a footprint that extends from Wardell to Byron Bay, Bangalow, the Hinterland, Mullumbimby and New Brighton. We are proud to be recognized as an iconic local company employing the most highly trained and accomplished sales property management, marketing and office management staff.
Since our doors opened, First National Byron has sold more than $2 billion worth of residential and commercial properties. We currently manage properties worth about $250 million.
We have developed the region’s largest, most dynamic database of buyers who have expressed interest in buying property in the area. We are also at the cutting-edge of real estate marketing and sales strategy, networking with national and international leaders to give our clients a competitive edge.

We are excited to share the news that First National Byron was awarded the No 1 Office in the First National Australasian network.
With over 400 offices throughout Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific, and more than 3000 sales people, this is a huge back to back win for our team in this highly competitive arena.
Our Directors Chris, Su, and Helen were honoured to accept this accolade at the National Convention which was held in May 2018 at The Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast.
The gala dinner brought recognition to Australasia’s top 2017 salespeople, property managers and administrators and attracted delegates from far and wide.
